I went for a run/jog (lol) this morning. If you're not aware-I'm not a fan of any exercise as of late. I'm sure its because its been sooo long since I've done any sort of exercise that even the thought of walking for more than 10 minutes sounds terrible. I know this makes me incredibly lazy and it is frowned upon...especially since my hubs is so active (he does everything. you name it-he's good at it and loves it). So I woke up bright and early today...well Danny left for work at 6am and I decided to wake up too, so it isn't entirely self willed. haha Anyhoo- I woke up early read some tweets, drank some water, tied up my Asics and walked out the door towards the lake... and I ran. Seemed easy at first aaaaand then I hated it. haha I expected this so I ignored my feelings and ran. I didn't run for very long because, let's face it..my body hates me for not having it in shape and I was punished with face redness and INTENSE heavy breathing. ::embarrassing:: So, I ran home made a green pepper omelet, and drank some more water. I'm feeling pretty proud of myself for actually doing it. ( i think about doing it all the time-never do). So, I look forward to tomorrow's run/jog (i "/jog" it because I run REALLY slow). Eventually, I'll get better and run for a longer time and distance...in time. For now, I just need to get up and go every morning.
